Our story

Built by people who've lived the returns problem.

PalletLoop is a Sydney-based company building the system of record for palletised returns — the pickups, delivery rejections, and in-transit disposals every FMCG supply chain runs on, and that no existing tool was built to handle.

Our mission is simple: make the return journey as visible, accountable, and fast to reconcile as the outbound one.

Where PalletLoop started

We spent years inside FMCG supply chain and 3PL operations — planning loads, running warehouses, managing transport partners, and owning the reconciliation that happens after stock comes back. Every week looked the same: a stack of returned pallets, a chain of emails between three companies, and a spreadsheet that never quite matched what actually arrived.

By the time a return was reconciled, quantities were disputed, credit notes were late, and nobody could prove what had happened in between. The outbound supply chain had a system for everything. The return journey had a mailbox.

So we paired that operational experience with an engineering team and built the tool we always wanted: one live workflow that every party — operator, warehouse, transporter — works from, with a full audit trail from first pickup to final reconciliation.

Who we are

Operators and engineers, on the same team.

A small team with deep roots in Australian and New Zealand logistics, and a habit of shipping software that earns its place on the warehouse floor.

20+ years in ANZ logistics

Our team has spent more than two decades moving stock across Australian and New Zealand supply chains — FMCG operators, 3PL warehouses, and transport networks. We've sat on every side of a returns dispute.

Engineers who ship

Our product and engineering team comes from a software background. We release quickly, then sit with the people using PalletLoop to see what actually holds up in a live operation.

Problem solvers first

Every feature starts with a real operational headache, not a feature request. If a workflow doesn't take work off someone's plate, it doesn't ship.

What we stand for

Principles we don't trade away.

We're asking operations teams to put a critical process into our hands. These are the commitments that come with that.

Your data is yours

No lock-in. Every return, status change, and reconciliation in PalletLoop is exportable to CSV at any time. If you ever leave, you take your full history with you — we'd rather earn the next month than trap you into it.

Built with your 3PLs, not around them

Warehouses and transporters get full access at no cost, and a genuinely better tool to work with. Visibility for you should never mean extra admin for your partners.

Accountable by default

Every action in PalletLoop is timestamped, attributed, and logged for good. Fast to move, impossible to lose track of — that's the standard we hold our own product to.

Where we are today

Early access, across Australia and New Zealand.

We're working hands-on with a small group of FMCG operators and their 3PL networks to get every workflow right before we scale — hosted entirely in Australia, built for the way ANZ supply chains actually run.
